Where we deliver

We offer friction-free duties paid delivery to our community worldwide! 

Festive shipping dates

  • For US, UK and EU orders, please place your order midday Tuesday the 19th of December 2023 to receive items before the 25th of December. 
  • For DHL Express UK delivery, please place your order by midday Thursday the 21st of December 2023
  • For all other destinations worldwide, please order by Monday the 18th of December 2023.

Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. These deadlines are based on partner courier recommended dates but not guaranteed, and some more remote locations may need more time. To confirm the delivery deadline for your particular address, please contact us!

Despatch times

We are based in the UK and currently fulfil all orders from UK and US bases to ensure the quickest delivery time for our customers. For all in-stock items, we aim to despatch orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if an order is received before 12pm GMT. For orders received after 12pm, we aim to despatch items the next working day. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Mondays or the first working day following a bank holiday. 

If you're pre-ordering an item and include a complementary item in your order, we will dispatch the two products at the same time. Pre-order delivery dates may be subject to minor changes (we've never had to do this, but we like to keep some wiggle room!).

Delivery times and costs

We ship with a courier to ensure you always receive your order as soon as possible. You have the option to choose standard or express delivery at checkout. 

    UK and US Customers

    We offer complementary shipping on all orders over $100 / £100.

    Purchases under this threshold will incur an $8.99 or £5.30 delivery fee

    Customers outside the UK and US

    We ship all international orders through DHL Express.

    We're pleased to offer complementary international delivery, duties covered for orders over the following thresholds:

    • EUR €150 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to European Union and EEA
    • AUD $300 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to Australia
    • CAD $350 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to Canada
    • ROW £200 - Complementary Delivery and Duties to all other locations.

    Purchases under the threshold will incur the following delivery fees:

    • EU €20
    • AUD $40
    • CAD $40
    • ROW £25

    Order tracking

    As soon as your order has been despatched, you'll be sent tracking details which will allow you to track your order with our partner courier. Should you need any assistance tracking your order or if you have any questions please contact us.

    Failed delivery

    If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Paradisefold) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

    Item not received

    In the unlikely situation that our items have been delivered but are reported as not having been received, please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. We strongly recommend against instructing your courier to leave the items at your front door; they'e much more likely to develop legs and go missing if so! Visit our FAQ page for more details.
