Where we deliver
We offer friction-free delivery to our community worldwide!
Despatch times
We are based in the UK and fulfil all orders from our UK warehouse. For all in-stock items, we aim to despatch orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if an order is received before midday GMT (UK timezone). Orders received later than that will be despatched the next working day.
We despatch orders on weekdays only (not weekends or bank holidays).
If you’re pre-ordering an item and include another in-stock item in your order, we will despatch the two products at the same time. Pre-order delivery dates may be subject to minor changes (we’ve never had to do this, but we like to keep some wiggle room!).
Delivery dates are approximate and on rare occasions our shipping partners (FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL) may experience delays in delivery. If you need anything urgently please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate!
UK Delivery Costs
Standard Tracked (2-3 days):
- Orders between £0 to £99.99: £5.30 delivery cost
- Orders £100 or more: Free delivery
Express Tracked (1-2 days): £5.70 delivery cost
DHL Express 1-day: £12.50 delivery cost
US Delivery Costs
Royal Mail Standard (5-7 days)
- Orders between $0 to $149.99: $12.99 delivery cost
- Not available on orders of $150 or more
FedEx Express (3-5 days)
- Orders between $0 to $149.99: $19.99 delivery cost
- Orders $150 or more: Free delivery
DHL Express Signed For (2-4 days)
- Orders between $0 to $49.99: $29.99 delivery cost
- Orders between $50 to $149.99: $25.99 delivery cost
- Orders $150 or more: $19.99 delivery cost
All US delivery options are duties covered.
Due to recent changes in US customs regulations (abolishment of the de minimis exemption, effective 29 August 2025), all shipments may be subject to customs clearance. This can add a few days to delivery times in some cases.
Customers outside the UK and US
We ship international orders with FedEx Express (3-5 days) or DHL Express (2-3 days), duties covered.
Complimentary FedEx delivery, duties covered, on orders over:
- EUR €150 to the European Union and EEA
- AUD $300 to Australia
- CAD $300 to Canada
- £200 to all other locations
Below these thresholds, FedEx delivery costs €25 / AUD $40 / CAD $45 / £29. DHL Express is available at €35 / AUD $55 / CAD $55 / £39, or €10 / AUD $15 / CAD $15 / £10 above the thresholds.

Order tracking
As soon as your order has been despatched, you’ll be sent tracking details which will allow you to track your order with our partner courier. Should you need any assistance tracking your order or if you have any questions please contact us.
Failed delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent / unresponsive receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Paradisefold) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Item not received
In the unlikely situation that our items have been delivered but are reported as not having been received, please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. We strongly recommend against instructing your courier to leave the items at your front door; they’re much more likely to develop legs and go missing if so! Visit our FAQ page for more details.
