“It’s the parent first - we are that first line…!”

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mummies here in the UK! (And if you’re in the US, why not take this excuse to celebrate twice! 🤷‍♀️) With many of us straddling cultures, faiths and countries, to celebrate Mother's Day we’ve sponsored this Third Culture Therapy podcast episode with parent coaches, Sarah Raslan and Karen Abou Joude. “For me, it’s all about ritual and discipline”

“I want to give a shout-out to .…”

With Galentine’s Day and Random Acts of Kindness Day coming up this month, after January’s long dark days, for us, February is all about the affection and appreciation we show to the ones we love, and the kindness we can demonstrate to those whom we barely know. That’s why, in this month’s blog we’re focussed on It’s about the connections we reinforce and the new ones we create. The friends who lift us up, the mentors who guide us, the sisters who hype us up, and the colleagues who have our backs. Support isn’t just about words - it’s about showing up, standing together, and celebrating each other.
