Where we deliver

We offer friction-free delivery to our community worldwide! 

Despatch times

We are based in the UK and currently fulfill all orders from UK and US warehouses to ensure the quickest delivery time for our customers. For all in-stock items, we aim to despatch orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if an order is received before midday GMT (UK timezone). Later than that, it will dispatch next working day.

We dispatch orders week days only (so not weekends or bank holidays). We will not be dispatching any items on 27 and 31 December 2025 (so our team can get a nice Christmas holiday!).

If you're pre-ordering an item and include a complementary item in your order, we will dispatch the two products at the same time. Pre-order delivery dates may be subject to minor changes (we've never had to do this, but we like to keep some wiggle room!).

Delivery dates are approximate and on rare occasions our shipping partners (FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL) may experience delays in delivery. If you need anything urgently please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate! 

To ensure your Paradisefold gifts arrive in time for the festivities, here are the key dates to pop into your diary:
  • For US orders, please order by midnight Tuesday 16 December
  • For EU orders, please order by midday Friday 19 Dec.
  • For UK orders, please order by midday on Monday 22 Dec.
  • For anywhere else, please order by midnight Tuesday 16 Dec.

    UK Delivery Costs

    Standard Tracked (2-3 days):
    - Orders between £0 to £99.99: £5.30 delivery cost
    - Orders £100 or more: Free delivery
    Express Tracked (1-2 days): £5.70 delivery cost
    DHL Express 1-day: £12.50 delivery cost

    US Delivery Costs

    FedEx Express (2-5 days)
    - Orders between $0 to $49.99: $14.99 delivery cost
    - Orders between $50 to $99.99: $9.99 delivery cost
    - Orders $100 or more: Free delivery

    Due to recent changes in US customs regulations (abolishment of the de minimis exemption, effective 29 August 2025), all shipments may be subject to customs clearance. While we ship express, this can extend delivery to 5 business days in some cases.

    Customers outside the UK and US

    We ship all international orders through DHL Express.

    We're pleased to offer complementary international delivery, duties covered for orders over the following thresholds:

    • EUR €150 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to European Union and EEA
    • AUD $300 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to Australia
    • CAD $300 - Complementary Delivery & Duties to Canada
    • ROW £200 - Complementary Delivery and Duties to all other locations.

    Purchases under the threshold will incur the following delivery fees:

    • EU €25
    • AUD $40
    • CAD $45
    • ROW £29

    Where possible, we aim to cover all shipping and duties but please be aware may be required to pay local customs duties.

    Order tracking

    As soon as your order has been despatched, you'll be sent tracking details which will allow you to track your order with our partner courier. Should you need any assistance tracking your order or if you have any questions please contact us.

    Failed delivery

    If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent / unresponsive receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Paradisefold) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

    Item not received

    In the unlikely situation that our items have been delivered but are reported as not having been received, please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. We strongly recommend against instructing your courier to leave the items at your front door; they'e much more likely to develop legs and go missing if so! Visit our FAQ page for more details.
