I placed an order in mid-August and patiently waited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, FedEx lost my package. I reached out to Paradisefold a couple of times to follow up. Although it took a little while to hear back, once they responded, they went above and beyond to make things right.
They quickly sent me a replacement order. The original pillowcase I ordered was no longer in stock, so they sent me a different one and graciously allowed me to keep it. They also assured me that they will send the original pillowcase once it is back in stock.
I’m very pleased with the quality of the products and especially impressed with the outstanding customer service. What started as a frustrating situation ended with a very positive experience. I truly appreciate the way Paradisefold handled everything and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have been sleeping better. I have been on vacation and my schedule has changed a bit. Thus, I have sleeping after the sun rises. Typically, I arise early to prepare for the work day. However, due to being on vacation, with soft Cloud, I am able to sleep longer feeling much more fully rested. I have used sleep masks previously but this Cloud is in a category of its own and not just in name. It is remarkable how soft it is and how it comfortably remains in place. I forget that is on my eyes as I slip away into slumber snoozing the night away.
