Whether we're naturally highly confident or not, we all go through crises in our confidence that can shake us to our very core. The good news is that confidence is internal and can be built over time!
In this month's blog, we meet Paradisefold Insider, Ade Hassan MBE. Ade went from a career in consulting and finance, to launching Nubian Skin, a brand pioneering lingerie in inclusive nudes for all skin tones! Her brand went from zero to hero almost overnight, going viral and kitting out Beyonce in her Formation Tour. In 2017 Ade was also awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list, for her services to fashion.
Despite this success, Ade has navigated highs and lows. In this chat, Ade discusses navigating a crisis in confidence with therapy, brand highlights, and gives us tips on how to go after our dreams! She leaves us with the wise words: "think to when you're 80 - what's the one thing that you'd regret not having done, and then do it!"
